Billy Ray Taylor is a global keynote speaker, the author of The Winning Link, and the founder of LinkedXL, a global consulting and software company that empowers organizations to win through strategic implementation of the Connected Business Model.
Prior to launching LinkedXL, he was the North American Director of Goodyear Tire, leading multiple turnarounds and contributing to a dramatic change in the company’s earnings - from -$38 million to over $1 Billion. It was from this experience that he developed the LinkedXL process, a proven system for building business operations systems that win.
