Aaron Bushner is a skilled and dedicated leader with a strong track record of success. He is a certified lean practitioner who has worked with global companies and leaders to implement innovative solutions and drive performance improvements.
His expertise in designing virtual and visual management tools and processes helps businesses make fact-based decisions and his deep understanding of lean principles has contributed to the success of a wide range of projects, including process improvement initiatives and large-scale business transformations.
Aaron holds a BA in Specialized Studies with a focus on Business Admin & Marketing from Ohio University.

A highly experienced operations and manufacturing professional, Dave Kutcher’s 35+ year career spans across multiple industries, including automotive, diversified industrials, consumer products, and services.
Dave is a subject matter expert in lean/continuous improvement and is well-versed in industry best practices from recognized leaders such as Toyota, Shingijutsu, and Danaher.
He works closely with business teams to develop custom operating systems that empower people and maximize their effectiveness at every level of the organization.
Dave holds a BS in Production & Operations as well as Procurement & Materials from Bowling Green University.
Karen Burke, PMP
Senior Project Manager
Karen Burke, PMP, leverages 39+ years of diverse experience in numerous high-level positions in operations, project management, and continuous improvement at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
A Master Black Belt, Karen has extensive expertise leading continuous improvement projects centered around the use of Lean Six Sigma tools in both Operations and Administration. Additionally, she brings more than a decade of experience spearheading research and development projects to her work with clients.
Karen holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in addition to her Master Black Belt.
